To support QNP in clarifying its strategic positioning and brand refresh, to assert its leadership role and mobilize SMEs around the transition to a low-carbon economy.
Approach
The process began with a series of co-creation workshops involving the core team and the board of directors, to clarify QNP's positioning and establish a clear mission: to create winning conditions for SMEs to increase their climate actions while seizing new business opportunities. This strategic work continued with the redesign of the visual identity, including the development of a distinctive language marked by a bold orange-red and the use of pixels as a symbol of collectivity and data. In parallel, we supported the organization in structuring its offerings and creating an editorial toolkit to assist the team in its communications and outreach. Finally, strategic alignment was consolidated through ongoing support aimed at strengthening the mobilization of the SME support ecosystem.
ResultS
QNP's new identity marks a pivotal step in its evolution. By breaking away from traditional visual codes, it establishes QNP as a committed, accessible, and mobilizing actor, embodying true collective leadership. Thanks to a clarified strategy, structured offerings, and concrete tools, the organization consolidates its position as a benchmark for supporting SMEs in their climate transition.
