With studies in engineering and industrial design, work experience in Milan and undeniable perfectionist leanings, Justin is Rümker’s center of gravity. His capacity to understand a client’s problem and respond quickly helps him find innovative solutions that respect budgets in the shortest of turnaround times.

Passionate about mountaineering, he plans his great adventures meticulously in order to fully experience their challenges. His achievements include a 8000m + summit in Pakistan.

Although fully equipped with schooling in design and a deep interest in sciences, it’s as a design project management maven and as a new partner that Frédérique makes her greatest contribution at Rümker. Organized, reliable and gifted with an uncommon memory, our PMP project manager ensures that deadlines and costs are respected for the company’s projects, in addition to internal management. A researcher by training, Frédérique is also dedicated to Rümker’s R&D and sustainable development.

True to her great versatility, Frédérique has a wide range of passions. From team sports to big trips, through cooking and creating objects, she fulfills her need for discovery.

After a few years of working in the residential and rental design field, Camille joined our team, where her creative talent is blossoming. Curious, committed and a great listener, Camille creates environments enriched by her sensitivity and empathy, that respond with accuracy and originality to the needs of users.

We appreciate Camille's festive spirit: this lover of good food and picnics will always amaze us with her lively attitude!

With her master's degree in architecture acquired in Sweden, as well as her vast experience in commercial design in Japan, the United States and Montreal, Emma enriches the team with her analytical eye. Her ability to translate user needs into concrete design as well as her skills in hand drawing and organizing spaces make her a well-rounded designer.

Outside of work, Emma practices several art forms. She also sings in a choir, although she tells us she is more enthusiastic than gifted!

After studying industrial design at the University of Montreal and at E.N.S.C.I. Les Ateliers in Paris (1996), he joined Alejandro Ruiz’s studio in Milan as a designer in 1997. He then moved to Ferruccio Laviani; for two years, he collaborated on projects ranging from exhibitions (Kartell, Flos, Perugina) to lighting design (Foscarini), as well as store and retail space design (Flou, DePadova, Forum) and product design (Alessi, Authentics). During his time in Italy, he exhibited his creations at the Milan International Furniture Fair. For over 20 years, he has been developing his practice in product and interior design by collaborating with several Montreal-based agencies. From corporate identity to multimedia collaborations with the SAT and the Montreal Opera, Jeremy specializes in the design of public spaces. In addition, since 2005, he has taught in the Design and Computation Arts program at Concordia University, as well as at the School of Industrial Design at the University of Montreal and the School of Design at UQAM.

With strong analytical skills, Jeremy excels at interpreting and synthesizing complex data from a variety of fields, which he presents clearly and effectively. This ability is complemented by exceptional adaptability: he is adept at addressing creative challenges by proposing innovative solutions, while taking into account the specific needs of each project.

Resilient, positive and curious, Maria has a real quiet strength. Having recently left Ukraine to settle in Montreal, Maria quickly amazed her colleagues with her adaptability and ability to learn fast. With her master's degree in architecture and design from Kyiv University and more than 5 years of professional experience, her work ethic is exemplary.

Beyond being a hard worker, Maria calls herself a sci-fi-, quizz- and puzzle-loving geek.

Circular economy advisor

Marie-Anne Miljours helps organizations integrate the circular economy into their business models and design projects, ensuring alignment between strategic vision and practical implementation. A trained designer and eco-conscious entrepreneur with over ten years of experience in the fashion industry, she holds a master’s degree in management and sustainable development from HEC Montréal. Her background enables her to address issues of circularity, governance, and sustainable finance with an approach that is both analytical and grounded in practice.

Her expertise is grounded in research, contributions to circular economy roadmaps, as well as the development of training materials and the facilitation of workshops for organizations and institutions. At Rümker, she has also played a key role in securing several sustainability certifications.
