Identity for a cross-sectoral decarbonization initiative

IMPACT Québec strategy and brand image. Design and production by Rümker.

A web platform centered on the user, with paths adapted to each organization, whether starting out or looking to deepen its decarbonization process.

A structuring project born from a shared conviction: decarbonization is not just an image issue, but a concrete lever to strengthen the performance, resilience and sustainability of businesses.

CLIENT

Project IMPACT is composed of six clusters: Montréal InVivo, Aéro Montréal, AluQuébec, Finance Montréal, BCTQ and Écotech Québec

Mandate

Position an unprecedented project bringing together six sectoral clusters around a common objective: to accelerate the decarbonization of Québec businesses. The challenge was to go beyond theoretical discourse and to anchor the transition in the daily reality of SMEs, often facing strong economic and operational constraints.

Approach

Rümker has defined a distinctive positioning of “No complexity. Just decarbonation”, making it possible to adopt an accessible tone, rooted in real business concerns. Supported by data from the QNP Barometer, the strategy relies on field insights to remove the obstacles and make the transition concrete and actionable.

ResultS

A project that speaks the language of businesses and that transforms the perception of decarbonization with true stories. IMPACT makes it possible to better understand, decide and act, by positioning the transition as a strategic lever for competitiveness, efficiency and resilience in an uncertain economic context.

When SMEs say “my priority is to make my business run”, for IMPACT the answer is simple: decarbonizing is not a detour, it is a solution to make it more efficient, more resilient and ready for tomorrow.

Each sector has its specific challenges but a common goal: to decarbonize Quebec's industry.

Ambassadors from each cluster share real stories to illustrate, in concrete terms, how decarbonization creates value in their organization.
